Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Introduction

Welcome to VIMTRI IT SOLUTION OPC PVT LTD ("VIMTRI", "we", "our", or "us"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, transfers, and payment adjustments are processed for our services, software solutions, digital products, consulting services, and professional certification training programs offered through our brand CERTNETIC.

By purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Service Cancellation

Requests to cancel a service or project must be submitted in writing via our official support email before the commencement of the agreed work. Cancellation requests received after work has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund.

For custom software development, website development, automation projects, consulting services, or other customized engagements, payments made for completed milestones or work already delivered are non-refundable.

3. Training Programs

Professional certification training programs offered through CERTNETIC are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests received before the scheduled batch may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable administrative charges.
  • No refund will normally be provided once a live training batch has commenced or training materials have been shared.
  • If VIMTRI cancels a scheduled training program, participants may choose either a full refund or enrollment into the next available batch.
  • Requests to transfer enrollment to another batch may be considered subject to availability.

4. Digital Products & Software

Unless otherwise stated, digital products, downloadable resources, software licenses, source code, templates, documentation, APIs, and other electronically delivered products are non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has been completed.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer makes duplicate payments or an incorrect payment due to a technical issue, VIMTRI will verify the transaction and process the eligible refund to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. However, the actual credit timeline depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to attend scheduled training sessions.
  • Failure to use purchased services or software.
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer.
  • Delay caused by incomplete information, approvals, or dependencies from the customer.
  • Completed project milestones already delivered and approved.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

VIMTRI reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. Approval of any refund outside this policy shall remain solely at the discretion of VIMTRI.

9. Changes to this Policy

VIMTRI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
